The questions you always ask us.
Yours not here? Write to us, we do answer.
Do I have to pay to get in?
No. The public walks in free, on every open day. The only thing you pay for is ice cream, and only if you want it.
Which cars are accepted?
Stance and JDM, and that’s it. This is a style meet, not a general trade show: you get in with a coherent build, in one of those two scenes.
My car is stock but sporty and immaculate. Can I submit it?
No, and it isn’t a judgement on your car. What gets looked at here is the work done on it: suspension, wheels, bodywork, interior. It takes a coherent build — a stock car, however nice, doesn’t meet the criteria, and that goes for sports cars fresh off the forecourt too.
Can I drive in and park my car inside?
No: only selected and registered vehicles come inside. Visitors park in town and walk the last stretch, like you would at the beach.
What are the rules, once I’m in?
Engines off all day, no dynamic runs — this is a static show, not a track — and you only come in if you’re on the list, with a QR in the owner’s name. Anyone trying to show off gets walked out.
I’m a brand or a creator, how do I reach you?
If you’re a brand, from the Brand partners page: fill in the request and we’ll answer. If you’re a photographer or a filmmaker, from the Media partners page, where you’ll find how passes work and when they open.
How late does it run?
Opening and closing times are stated and staffed: this isn’t an open-ended night event. For late nights the town is right outside.
I’m coming from out of the region, how do I plan it?
The A14 exit and the train station are close, and the coast is full of places to stay. Plenty of people pair the weekend with a few days off: that’s the right way to do it.
